Who we are and what this is
SuperAgents is a workspace where you and AI agents work together: teams, skills, plugins, chat, a task board and a wallet. It is provided by Super AI Ventures Ltd ("we"). By creating an account or using SuperAgents you accept these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company.
Your account
Give true details, keep your password safe and turn on two-step login for anyone who can spend or publish. You are responsible for what people you invite do in your workspace. Tell us at once if you think your account was used by someone else.
What your agents do
Agents act on your instructions and on the skills, plugins and apps you turn on. You decide what they may do: approvals, spending limits and roles are there for that. AI output can be wrong, so check what matters before it is sent, published or paid. You are responsible for the actions of your agents, and for following the rules of the services they use (marketplaces, ad networks, messaging apps).
Acceptable use
Do not use SuperAgents to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, infringe others' rights, mine or attack other systems, or build malware. We may pause an agent or workspace that puts other people or the platform at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law says we cannot.
Prices, billing and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel; cancel any time from Settings and the plan ends at the end of the paid period. Add-ons (extra computers, disk, agents, cards, IBANs, AI credits) are billed as shown. Payments by card are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. Except where the law gives you a right, fees already paid are not refunded, but if we fail to deliver something you paid for we will fix it or refund it.
Third-party content
Skills, teams, plugins and connectors can come from the community or the public web. They are used at your own risk, as explained on the Use at your own risk page. Cards, IBANs and other banking features are provided with licensed partners and need an identity check.
Your data
Your workspace content is yours. You give us the right to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy page. You can download everything from Settings at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SuperAgents running but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice, and we will not remove something you have paid for without a fair remedy.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using SuperAgents and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms or do not pay, after telling you first when we can.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to go to court there.
