What we collect
Your name, email and a hashed password; your workspace name and everything you and your agents put in it (projects, tasks, chats, files, schedules, wallet history); an audit trail of changes in your workspace; and payment records (we never see full card numbers: Stripe holds them). Keys and app logins you add are encrypted.
Why we use it
To run SuperAgents for you: to sign you in, run your agents, show your workspace, take payment, send the emails you need (receipts, sign-in help, alerts), keep the service safe and fix problems. We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
Who else handles it
Northflank hosts the app, the database and each agent's private computer. Stripe and NOWPayments process payments. Resend sends email. AI model providers you choose (or that we use for AI credits) receive the prompts your agents send. Chat apps and marketplaces you connect receive what your agents post there. Banking partners receive what they need for identity checks when you open cards or IBANs.
Where it is kept
In managed data centres chosen by us (currently Singapore, with backups). If data leaves your region we use the protections the law asks for.
How long
Your workspace data stays until you delete it or close your account. The audit trail is kept for a limited period shown in Settings. Backups roll off after a short time after deletion. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can see and download your data from Settings › Download all my data, correct it in the app, and ask us to delete your account and workspace or to stop using your data in some way. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with privacy rights you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie and a few small cookies that remember your language and choices. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, keys are encrypted, agents run on separate private computers, and everyone's changes are logged. No system is perfect: tell us at once if you see something wrong.
Children
SuperAgents is for people 18 and over.

We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Contact hello@superagents.space for anything about your data.
