Why this page
To run SuperAgents we use other companies. They only get the data they need for the job. This list says who they are and what they do, so you can decide if you are comfortable.
Hosting and computers
Northflank runs the app and each agent's private computer. Your database is hosted with our database provider in the region shown in your Settings.
AI suppliers
When your agents use AI, the text (and pictures you attach) of that request goes to the AI supplier for the model you chose: our routing suppliers (NanoGPT, Venice) or the provider of your own key (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter). Which supplier is used is shown on the usage list. If you want no AI supplier to see something, do not send it to an agent.
Payments
Stripe handles card payments. NOWPayments handles crypto payments. We receive confirmations, not your card number.
Resend sends our emails to you (sign-in links, receipts, alerts).
Connected apps
If you connect Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Shopee, Meta or other apps (directly or through Composio, Zapier or an MCP server), those services receive what your agents send them and are covered by their own terms.
Changes
We will update this list before adding a company that handles your content, and email the workspace owner.
