AI credits and refunds

What AI credits are
AI credits are prepaid money you spend on AI replies and pictures made by your agents. You can buy $10 to $1000 at a time. You can also bring your own AI keys and pay your AI provider directly, in which case you do not need credits.
How they are used
Each reply or picture costs what the AI supplier charges plus our service fee. You can see the cost of each reply in your usage list. When your balance reaches zero, agents that use credits stop answering until you top up. We never charge your card or wallet without you buying credits first.
Expiry
Unused credit expires 3 months after you buy it. We show the date next to each purchase, and we email you before it expires. The credit that expires first is used first.
Refunds
Credits you have already used are not refunded. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you ask us, unless the law gives you a longer right. If an agent used credits because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will put the credits back or refund them.
Plans and add-ons
Plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; the plan ends at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for a period are not refunded, except where the law says so or where we failed to deliver what you paid for.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first: hello@superagents.space. If a payment is reversed by your bank or card company, we may remove the matching credits and pause the related spending.
