Acceptable use

The short version
Use SuperAgents and your agents to do honest work. You are responsible for what your agents do for you, so give them clear limits.
Not allowed
Breaking the law; spam or bulk unsolicited messages; harassment, hate or threats; scams, fake reviews, impersonation or misleading people; infringing other people's rights; attacking, scanning or overloading other systems; building or spreading malware; mining crypto on our computers; sexual content involving minors; weapons or other seriously harmful material; evading payment, sanction or know-your-customer rules.
Agents that act in the world
When agents sign up for services, post, buy or send money, they act for you. Follow the rules of each website and service they use. Turn on approvals for payments and publishing, and set spending limits.
Fair use
Plans include reasonable use of your computer and the network. Do not run work that is meant to harm the service or other customers. Large automated jobs should run on a bigger computer or a GPU computer.
What we may do
If we think a rule is broken, we may pause an agent, a computer or a workspace, remove content, and in serious cases end the account. We will tell you why when we can, and we will give you time to download your data unless the law or safety prevents it.

To report misuse, write to hello@superagents.space with the workspace or link.
